Shipping & Return Policy



Q1: What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?

We provide Flat Rate shipping on all orders within Malaysia, and Sabah & Sarawak. Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.

Once tracking number is updated, customer may need to keep track your parcel status. Courier companies sometimes do not inform when they deliver the item to you even when we request to do that. Any complain MUST be made within 72 hours from the date that we ship out the item.

If customer didn’t receive own parcel due to didn’t keep track the parcel, shipping fee need to be on customer for second shipment.

Q2: How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?

We try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can. However, orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. We hope our beloved customers knows that does not represent any courier companies. As much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcel delays are beyond our control. But then, we assure that we will help as much as we can to make sure your item reaches you.

Office Hours are from 9am – 6pm (Monday to Friday) , excluding Public Holidays


We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged within 5 working days. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us within 5 working days at +60 12 260 9389 (Yus) with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.


Refunds would take a processing time of 1 – 2 working days after returned products have been received. Refunds processing time from bank would be 5 – 14 days.

Refund method will be bank transfer to customers bank account directly
